MODRI MOŽIC
Lik, ki je nastal po navdihu pravljice italijanskega avtorja Giannija Rodarija Dežni možic, nas sooči z zanimivim vprašanjem: ali so poplave in suše posledica (pre)dolgega dremeža tega smešnega možica, ali je on kot plod umetnikove domišljije odgovor na naravne nesreče, ki jih povzroči človek? Oboje je možno, a eno je neizpodbitno: predstava na poetičen način in v sanjskem tonu interpretira morečo temo vse pogostejših tragičnih okoljskih katastrof.
THE LITTLE BLUE MAN
The character, inspired by fairy tale of Italian author Gianni Rodari, The Rain Man, confronts us with an interesting question: are the floods and droughts the result of this funny little man’s (too) long nap, or is he, as a fruit of the artist’s imagination, a brilliant response to natural disasters caused by man? Both is possible, but one thing is undeniable: the performance interprets the overwhelming theme of environmental disasters in a poetic and dreamlike tone.
