Practical Workshop for Mentors
Tip-Top Mentor is a workshop for mentors who wish to gain or develop new mentoring skills. It encompasses a lecture about how to establish and estimate goals; a presentation of currently existing practices in the field of education; and a practical approach to learning about theatre techniques or tools that help establish group dynamics, the motivation of individuals, and teamwork. The main goal of the workshop is to make artists better teachers – as they pass their knowledge to younger generations – as well as educate others who work with younger people and/or groups.
