After two “corona” years, when the shortened program of the winter international street theatre festival was transmitted online (2020) due to epidemiological restrictions, or only a small number of invited guests could watch it (2021), Ana Mraz finally returned in 2022 to the streets of his home city of Ljubljana!
On this occasion, she opened a completely new venue – at Herkulov vodnjak on Gornji trg, where it hosted an attractive program of street theater and circus from 26 to 30 December.
It supplemented it with storytelling, movement, dance, experimental, puppetry and visually powerful performances that use new technologies and pyrotechnic elements.
During the 5 festival evenings, more than 2,500 spectators watched 14 different performances or 20 events performed by 48 artists from Slovenia, Croatia and Austria.
Ana Mraz brightened up the festive December season with individual performances in other Slovenian cities as well: Novo mesto (December 9-11), Celje (December 15), Radovljica (December 10, 25 & 28), Logatec (December 26 – 29.12.) and Maribor (27.12.).
