KDO JE OKUŽIL DEDKA?
Zgodba spremlja tri generacije moških – sina, očeta in dedka. Znotraj njihovih odnosov preigrava teme belih, rdečih, cepljenih, necepljenih ipd. WHO INFECTED GRANDPA?
The story follows three generations of men – son, father and grandfather. With help of their relationships, it plays with the topics of the whites, the reds, the vaccinated, the unvaccinated and similar. It is a playful reflexion of a social and political reality that – through already loosened relationships – unveils the destructiveness of sensational media cover and polarising political manipulations. It starts when – after a year-long relationship separation – father and son meet to soothe their conflict that – in the time of the covid-19 epidemics – has arisen due to the polarisation around vaccination. Awkward communication, lack of empathy and an overload of self-infatuation cause a plethora of humorous twists. From here on, with the help of a time machine – a clapperboard, we travel into the past where we have the symmetrically conflictive relationship between father and grandfather (the father’s father) slowly revealing itself. The trigger point is a sensational division in the relationship towards the perception of the Slovenian recent history. We invite you to sit with us at the mutual table drinking wine, water or nectar with whipped cream. P. S. Due to a plethora of curse words the show might be less suitable for children or people with sensitive ears.
